Diffusion Filter Media

The first key to flawless spray booth performance is the proper conditioning of the intake air. The CI Diffusion Product Group offers a variety of filters that create the desired airflow uniformity by diffusing the airstream while providing filtration by removing potentially contaminating particulates. These filters are available in rolls, as pads or panels and with or without a scrim backing to further protect the object being sprayed. SL-560D Diffusion Media
1" thick, white, uniformly tackified diffusion media with heavy scrim backing. Offers two filtration zones and high pressures drop for optimized laminar airflow. Greater than 99% efficient on 10 micron particle size

SL-R1 Diffusion Media
1/2" thick, white, tackified diffusion filter media. Provides two zones of filtration and is up to 95% efficiency on 10 micron particle size.

SL-R1S Diffusion Media
1/2" thick, white, tackified diffusion filter media with a scrim backing. Provides two zones of filtration and is up to 95% efficient on 10 micron particle size.

SL-560D Diffusion Ring Panel
Heavy duty industrial panel filter made with diffusion media with a heavy scrim backing and open faceply. Used where airflow uniformity is highly important as well as removing airborne particles 10 microns and larger. Primarily used for air intake for paint spray booths where the very highest quality in finishing is required. 2 loft.

SL-R1 Diffusion Ring Panel & Link
Heavy duty industrial filter made with SL-R1 media and faceply that is used both for diffusing the airstream to achieve a more even flow, as well as removing airborne particles. Most often used for air intake into paint spray booths. Highly efficient on all particles 10 microns and larger. 1 5/8 loft. No scrim.

SL-R1S Diffusion Ring Panel & Link
Heavy duty industrial panel filter made with SL-R1S media and faceply that is used both for diffusing the airstream for more even flow as well as removing airborne particles. Highly efficient on all particles 10 microns and larger. With scrim backing to further reduce any potential for fiber migration. 1 5/8 loft.
