Supraloft® Ring Panel Filters

CI’s Supraloft® Panel Filters are available in a wide variety of filtration performance options, and are manufactured with a vertical integration process, providing stringent quality control and more efficient product development. In fact, these environmentally responsible panel filters are manufactured with prime recycled fibers whenever possible. Many of the CI Supraloft® Panel Filters are tackified internally as well as on the downstream side of the filter to maximize efficiency while offering a low resistance to airflow providing lower energy costs and less frequent replacement needs. CI Supraloft® Panel Filters can meet the requirements for the LEED’s program at MERV 8 with SURE-STOP AM™ filters having a higher MERV 10 rating and antimicrobial fibers.

SL-1A Supraloft® Panel Filter & Links – MERV 6 – 2 Layers – 2 Filtration zones
1” loft. Light duty commercial and industrial filters consisting of two dry layers of green polyester with recycled synthetic fibers and an internal wire ring. Media is relatively self-extinguishing if exposed to flame. Made for HVAC filter applications where low cost and large particulate filtration is important. MERV 6.

SL-2A Supraloft® Panel Filter & Links – MERV 7 – Commercial Grade – 2 Layers – 3 Filtration Zones
1 ¼” loft. Medium duty commercial and industrial filter made with an internal wire grid for support. Has a light green synthetic porous faceply to insure depth loading of particles and a blue/white downstream layer that has a non-migrating tackifier and fine fibers to insure efficiency. Includes antimicrobial fibers. MERV 7.

SL-3A Supraloft® Panel Filter & Links – MERV 8 – Industrial Grade – 2 Layers – 4 Filtration Zones
1 ½” loft. Medium duty commercial and industrial filter made with an internal wire grid for support. Utilizes a porous, synthetic, white, internally tackified front layer to insure maximum holding capacity of airborne particles followed by a fine fiber, green synthetic layer with a non-migrating tackifier downstream that insures high efficiency, high holding capacity and low resistance to airflow. The lower resistance to airflow compared to competitive panels provides the opportunity to reduce energy consumption and lower operating costs. Includes antimicrobial fibers. MERV 8.

SL-3 Supraloft® Panel Filter & Links – MERV 8 – Heavy Duty Industrial Grade – 2 Layers – 4 Filtration Zones
2” loft. Heavy duty and high velocity commercial and industrial HVAC filter made with an internal wire grid for support. A porous, white, internally tackified, synthetic front layer is used to insure maximum holding capacity of airborne particles with a thick, light green, fine fiber layer with a non-migrating tackifier downstream that insures high efficiency, high holding capacity and low resistance to airflow. The lower resistance to airflow compared to competitive heavy-duty panels provides the opportunity to reduce energy consumption and lower operating costs. MERV 8.

SL-4 Supraloft® Panel Filter & Links – MERV 8 – Heavy Duty Industrial Grade – 3 Layers – 6 Filtration Zones
2” loft. Heavy-duty and high velocity commercial and industrial HVAC filter made with an internal wire grid for support. A porous, white, internally tackified, synthetic media is used in the front to insure maximum holding capacity with a blue/white tackified layer next for internal tackification and additional depth-loading. The final downstream layer is green, tackified and includes finer fibers to insure higher capture of airborne contaminants. MERV 8.

SL-5 SURE-STOP AM™ Panel Filter & Links – MERV 10 – Premium Performance Industrial Grade – 2 Layers – 4 Filtration Zones
2” loft. Heavy-duty and high-velocity industrial and commercial HVAC filter made with an external wire grid for support. A porous, white, internally tackified, synthetic media is used as the upstream layer to provide maximum holding capacity of particulates. The downstream, orange, synthetic layer has a heavy tackifier and fine fibers on the exit side to insure maximum particulate removal. Utilizes antimicrobial fibers in the media to give added protection where microbial growth is a threat. The SL-5 SURE-STOP AM™ panel has 4 zones of filtration. MERV 10. Diffusion & POLY-SORB® Activated Carbon Panels are also available.
